Terms of Service

PLANAT OS is a digital operating system operated by PLANAT for managing business operations, content workflows, collaboration, social integrations, and analytics. Features available to a user depend on account authorization and configuration.

PLANAT OS accounts are created and authorized by PLANAT. There is no public registration. Only persons who have been granted credentials or access by PLANAT may use the service. PLANAT may revoke access at any time.

Users must protect their credentials and authorized sessions, use strong unique passwords where applicable, and notify PLANAT promptly if unauthorized access is suspected. Users must not share accounts except as expressly permitted by PLANAT.

Users must not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to PLANAT OS, other accounts, or related systems
• Interfere with, disrupt, or abuse the service
• Use PLANAT OS for unlawful purposes
• Probe, scrape, or reverse engineer the service except as permitted by law
• Misrepresent identity or authorization when connecting third-party services

PLANAT OS may allow authorized users to connect third-party services such as Google, YouTube, Meta/Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Those services remain independent. Use of each provider is also subject to that provider's terms and policies. Authorization can be revoked. Availability of integration features depends on provider APIs, permissions, configuration, and approval status.

TikTok is an independent third-party service. PLANAT OS accesses TikTok only when an authorized user completes TikTok's authorization flow. Use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms and policies. The current PLANAT OS TikTok integration is read-only and does not publish or upload TikTok content. PLANAT does not claim ownership of TikTok content retrieved through authorized APIs.

Users remain responsible for content and data they submit to PLANAT OS and for content connected from third-party platforms. PLANAT OS does not claim ownership of external social content. Operational data created inside PLANAT OS is processed to provide the service to PLANAT.

PLANAT aims to keep PLANAT OS reliable but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features that depend on third-party APIs may be unavailable when those providers experience issues or change access rules.

PLANAT may update PLANAT OS functionality and these Terms as needed. Material updates to these Terms will be reflected by changing the "Last updated" date on this page.

PLANAT may suspend or revoke access to PLANAT OS for any authorized user. Users may stop using the service and request that administrators disconnect integrations where supported.
