PLANAT OS is operated by PLANAT. PLANAT OS is the private digital operating system used to manage PLANAT media and business operations. Further legal entity details may be published separately when available.

PLANAT OS is a private operating system for managing business operations, content workflows, team collaboration, social integrations, and analytics. Access is limited to accounts created and authorized by PLANAT. There is no public self-registration.

Depending on how PLANAT OS is used, we may process:

• Account and authentication information (for example username, role, and session data)
• Operational content created inside PLANAT OS (ideas, productions, checklists, and related workflow data)
• Internal team messages and collaboration content
• Network/contact records entered by authorized users
• Connected social and analytics account identifiers, content metadata, and metrics retrieved through authorized APIs
• Integration and synchronization metadata needed to operate connections safely
• Technical logs used for security, reliability, and debugging

We process only what is needed to operate PLANAT OS for authorized users. We do not ask users to enter third-party passwords into PLANAT OS for connected platforms; those platforms authenticate users through their own login flows.

Authorized PLANAT users may explicitly connect third-party platforms using OAuth or similar authorization flows. Platforms supported by the current product include Google (Analytics, Search Console, YouTube), Meta/Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, subject to configuration and platform approval.

PLANAT OS accesses only the permissions granted by the authorizing account owner. Each provider remains an independent service governed by its own terms and privacy policies. Users can disconnect integrations where PLANAT OS provides a disconnect control, and may also revoke access from the provider's account settings.

When an authorized user connects TikTok, authentication happens on TikTok. PLANAT OS does not receive the user's TikTok password. After explicit TikTok authorization, PLANAT OS may process information permitted by the granted scopes, which may include:

• TikTok account identifier (for example open_id)
• Display name and avatar/profile information
• Username and related profile fields when authorized
• Profile statistics when authorized (for example followers, likes, video count)
• Public video metadata and public engagement counters (such as views, likes, comments, and shares) where exposed by the TikTok API and authorized scopes

Authorization tokens are stored server-side, encrypted at rest, and are not intentionally exposed to the browser or to other users. TikTok data is used to provide connected-account, synchronization, and analytics functionality inside PLANAT OS.

The current TikTok integration is read-only. PLANAT OS does not publish, upload, modify, or delete TikTok content through this integration. Disconnecting TikTok in PLANAT OS stops future synchronization for that connection; it does not delete content that remains on TikTok.

The same principles apply to Google, Meta/Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other connected providers: the user or account owner authorizes access; PLANAT OS processes data needed for the connected features; credentials and passwords remain with the provider; and access can be revoked from PLANAT OS and/or the provider.

PLANAT OS is not designed as an advertising data broker. Connected analytics data is used for PLANAT operational insight, not for selling personal data.

PLANAT does not sell personal data. Information may be exchanged with third-party platforms that a user has explicitly connected, solely to operate the requested integration. Service infrastructure providers that host or process PLANAT OS may process data as needed to deliver the service under our instructions.

Data is retained for as long as necessary to operate the relevant PLANAT OS functionality or until the connected account or integration is removed, subject to legitimate operational, security, or legal retention requirements.

PLANAT OS uses essential cookies and related storage for authentication and session management so authorized users can remain signed in securely. OAuth state cookies may be used briefly during connection flows. PLANAT OS does not use marketing tracking cookies on the public Privacy or Terms pages.

Authorized users can manage connected integrations inside PLANAT OS where supported. Access to PLANAT OS itself is controlled by PLANAT account administrators. Provider-side authorization can typically also be revoked in the relevant platform account settings. For TikTok, revoking authorization prevents future API access once tokens are invalidated.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when revisions are published. Continued use of PLANAT OS after an update means the revised policy applies to subsequent processing.
